We accept all cancellation before the product is shipped. Customers can cancel their orders through their account section on our website prior to the product shipment. We will refund once we approve cancellation request. It may take 6-7 days to reflect the refunded amount in your bank account.

As we sell sweets, which are perishable, so there’s no return policy of product after the product is shipped. We will only refund you if our product reaches to you in a damaged condition.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you request cancellation after the product is shipped then you will be charged fine which will be deducted from your refundable amount. Please contact us through email, phone etc. for cancellation requests and refunds.
